Use accurshear, break press, milling tools, drill press and various other heavy-duty machinery to manufacture brake metal systems.

Understand the nuances and limitations of diverse types of metal and their best use.

Assist the department in developing techniques to increase productivity, quality of products.

Measure meticulously and plan well to reduce waste.

Operate heavy machinery for large scale metal pieces and read large-scale measuring equipment.

Ability to navigate and operate a standard forklift.

Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly while adhering to all safety standards.

Ability to read, understand, and translate blueprints.

Various precise and clean welding techniques.

Press break experience preferred.

Previous brake metal fabrication work experience preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Metal Fabricator.
