Are you a Maintenance Leader from a manufacturing or industrial background looking to join a fast growing organization investing in the latest equipment, launching new product lines, working on 3rd shift?
Do you want to operate in a hands on capacity working on complex maintenance projects, leading a team of technicians, with specialist training and career progression to management?
In this position you will work cross functionally with engineering and leadership teams across a preventative and reactive maintenance programs and improvement projects. You will operate in hands on capacity, solving complex problems and developing the team. The position is Monday - Friday, 8 hour shift on 3rd shift (10pm - 6am).
This opportunity suits a maintenance leader from an industrial or manufacturing background, looking to work across a range of market leading equipment, with specific technical training and career progression opportunities.
The Position:
- Hands on role leading maintenance technicians through reactive and preplanned maintenance programs and improvement projects across a growing plant
- Maintain, troubleshoot, repair and install a range of market leading equipment and technology
- Monday - Friday 8 hour shift on 3rd shift
