JOB SUMMARY:
To operate automatic press equipment to very close tolerances, to produce quality production parts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate and set up fine-blanking press.
The primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Completes the required paperwork for safety, quality, and production.
Operates coil fed press to produce metal stamped goods.
Properly aligns coil material in cradle and dies in machine.
Operates controls on the machine.
Inspects parts produced to assure that the product meets the quality requirements.
Completes the required paperwork.
Packages and labels baskets, totes, or boxes to meet requirements.
Observes safety and quality policies.
Follows all company policies, procedures and standards.
Maintain the workplace in a safe and orderly manner daily by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of scrap properly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school and/or technical school graduate, or completion of on the job training program to the satisfaction of the Plant Manager.
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
