Lumber Liquidators is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to support our Compliance and Quality teams. This role is responsible for maintaining compliance records, coordinating supplier audits and inspections, tracking quality approvals, and ensuring products meet company and regulatory standards.

Maintain compliance databases, audit records, and technical documentation.

Coordinate supplier Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and collect required documentation.

Schedule third-party audits and inspections and serve as a liaison between suppliers and auditing agencies.

Partner with Quality Control to track approvals and compliance requirements.

Conduct label audits on incoming products at the distribution center.

Support the Compliance Manager and Compliance Analyst with reporting, documentation, and special projects.

Assist with updating compliance policies and procedures.
- 1–3 years of administrative, compliance, logistics, manufacturing, or related experience preferred.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion with confidential information.
