As the first and last person our guests interact with, you’ll be the friendly face that sets the tone for their visit and ensures every client leaves feeling cared for. You’ll play an essential role in building relationships, scheduling services, and sharing the benefits of our membership program. Remember, this is a sales role! So bring your A-Game, and be rewarded accordingly $$$
What you’ll be doing:
- Warmly welcoming clients and creating a positive first impression
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments with accuracy and care
- Educating clients on memberships, gift cards, products, and service upgrades
- Supporting smooth daily spa operations, including opening/closing responsibilities when needed
- Maintaining a professional, polished, and friendly environment up until final guest in the evening
- Bringing a positive, team-oriented attitude to everything you do
What we offer you:
- $15/hour base pay + commission ($15 per membership + product sales)

What we’re looking for:
- Sales and/or customer service experience (preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person)
- Comfort with point-of-sale systems (training on Zenoti provided)
- A polished, professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently
- A positive, energetic, and team-focused mindset
