What we’re looking for:
- 2* years minimum of experience in treatment planning, patient education, and helping patients navigate insurance* is a must!
- A people person who loves building relationships with patients and team members.
- Someone who is organized and has a knack for keeping things running smoothly.
- A passionate, positive attitude that matches our team culture!
- Coachable, willing to learn and adapt
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
- Coordinate and present treatment plans with clarity and confidence
- Discuss the fees and financial options in a clear and compassionate manner
- Manage scheduling, follow-ups and insurance verifications
- Verify and handle dental insurance claims and inquiries
- Ensuring the next day’s schedule is filled for providers and hygienists
- Support the team with administrative and front desk tasks as needed
- Provide an exceptional experience that builds trust and long-term relationships with patients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental office
- Knowledge of dental insurance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, bubbly, and compassionate personality
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Knowledge of Open Dental is a plus
Pay rate will be determined based on experience.
