Union St Salon is looking for talented, motivated hairstylists to join our growing team! We are seeking passionate beauty professionals who are well-rounded colorists, skilled in precision cutting, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities
- Perform professional hair coloring services including highlights, balayage, blonding, corrective color, and all-over color
- Provide precision haircuts and styling services for a variety of hair types and trends
- Deliver excellent customer service through consultations and personalized recommendations
- Maintain strong time management skills while efficiently servicing clients
- Upsell salon services, treatments, and retail products to maximize ticket sales
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Stay up to date on current industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license
- Strong cutting and coloring experience
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced salon environment
- Confidence in recommending products and add-on services
- Team player with strong work ethic and reliability
