Distribution & Logistics Coordinator/Inside Sales
Description: This individual will be responsible for handling direct sales and inquires along with the responsibility of managing all aspects of the internal procedures to fulfill an order. Additionally, this individual will also assist in the coordination of all deliveries. This position must provide a welcoming supportive customer experience that is not matched within the industry. This position requires direct interaction with our customers to provide optimal service and to ensure the customer needs are met in an effective and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Daily interaction with customers and vendors
- Manage phone, walk-in, website, and email inquires
- Process Sales Orders and Purchase Orders
- Build relationships with existing and new customers
- Work directly with Logistics Manager on all deliveries
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Detailed communication w/ co-workers
Qualified candidates will have the following:

- Prior industry experience preferred but not necessary

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Must be able to provide at least three personal references and two business references
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
