Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician ensures all soft trim lamination and injection molding machinery, auxiliary equipment, and facility systems operate efficiently, especially during plant startup and ramp-up to full production. This role requires a dependable, committed professional with a positive attitude and a strong background in industrial maintenance. The Maintenance Technician is a crucial part of our team, as they are responsible for all building and machinery maintenance as well as trouble shooting and repairs. All applicants must have critical problem-solving skills and the desire to learn new processes and techniques. Previous experience in maintenance is critical.
What You’ll Do-
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, robots, and support equipment to ensure readiness for plant startup and sustained production.

Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems to resolve issues quickly and minimize downtime.

Perform mold setup, alignment, and calibration to support efficient production launches.

Maintain all machinery and building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and hydraulic components.

Schedule and execute periodic maintenance operations.

Order and manage spare parts inventory through the procurement department, ensuring an adequate supply for uninterrupted operations.

Maintain detailed maintenance logs.

Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and support continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards to promote a safe work environment.

Demonstrate dependability, commitment, and a positive work attitude in all maintenance activities.
What You’ll Bring-
High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical diploma or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance.

3+ years of experience maintaining injection molding equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- 2-3 years’ experience as a maintenance, electronic, or robotics technician in a manufacturing environment.

Legal authorization to work in the US.

Must be able to lift and handle 50 pounds
