Premium Design LLC is a family owned company and is looking for the right candidate to fill Mowing and Landscape Crew Member positions. We are looking for a candidate who has the right attitude to join our growing team and has the desire to perform quality work in an efficient manner while working in a fast-paced team environment.
We are hiring (1) Mowing Crew Mmber and (1) Landscape Crew Member:
Mowing Crew Member
This is a hands-on outdoor role performing lawn care services while maintaining the company’s high-quality standards.
We’re looking for team members with physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to safely operate equipment. Previous mowing or landscaping experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care services, including mowing, trimming, and edging
- Operate mowers, trimmers, and other equipment safely
- Follow the crew schedule and directions from the Foreman
- Maintain equipment and report any issues
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards
- Assist the Foreman as needed with additional tasks
- Interact professionally with clients on site
Landscape Crew Member
This hands-on outdoor position will support small landscape projects or large landscape/hardscape installations and is dependent on experience. Crew members assist the foreman and team to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to our high-quality standards. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and creating beautiful landscapes for residential and commercial properties, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape and hardscape installations including patios, retaining walls, plantings, and site preparation
- Operate landscaping equipment and power tools safely
- Move and prepare materials such as stone, soil, mulch, plants, and pavers
- Follow foreman instructions and project plans
- Maintain tools, equipment, and job site safety standards
- Assist with site preparation, grading, and cleanup
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
- Support foreman and other crew members as needed
Compensation is based upon skills, abilities, and experience. Opportunity for monthly bonuses based on performance.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
