Position Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides home health visits in New Buffalo, Michigan. The RN assesses, implements a care plan, and provides education to patients and their families.
Pay Rate - Negotiable
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes following physician orders
- Develop and update individualized plans of care
- Administer medications
- Perform admissions, routine visits, and reassessments
- Educating patients and families
- Document care in the electronic health record accurately and timely
Typical Work Setting
- Patient homes (primary)
- Sometimes nursing homes or assisted living facilities
- Travel within a regional service area (Berrien County)
Schedule
- PRN start with potential to transition into part-time
- Flexible schedule
Qualifications
- Active Michigan RN license
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- 1–3+ years nursing experience (home health) preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Pay: $30.00 - $85.00 per hour
