Bending Birch is a Denver based, family owned, ABA Practice with over a decade of history providing high-quality, individualized services to neurodiverse children throughout the Denver Metro area.
We are led by and were built by Clinicians and we remain committed to doing ethical, effective work for the right reasons - even when it's harder. We are intentionally not a corporate or private-equity backed organization.
Who We Are:
For more than 12 years, Bending Birch has focused on thoughtful, data-driven, individualized ABA using the full breadth of evidence-based practices - not a one-size-fits-all model. Our Executive Director brings over 30 years of experience in the field and remains actively engaged in clinical quality, mentorship and decision-making.
We invest heavily in:
- Putting the kiddo's strengths, talents and abilities at the forefront of their treatment
- Clinical judgment and professional autonomy
- Collaboration, mentorship and development of early and mid-career clinicians
- Ethical practices grounded in "doing the right thing, the right way, for the right reasons"
- Sustainable caseloads and meaningful supervision
- Long-term relationships with families, schools and providers
If you are looking for a place where quality matters more than billable volume, this is that place.
We are built for clinical quality instead of rapid expansion.
We believe that good ABA takes time, judgment and collaboration - not scripts and quotas.
We celebrate the successes and achievements of our clients, our clinicians and our therapists
