Triad Travel Nursing Agency is seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a long term care facility in Ramsey County, North Dakota.
Requirements:

Active ND LPN license, or ability to obtain upon hire

Must be in good standing with all nursing boards
-
Current BLS certification preferred
-
Long term care experience preferred
-
Reliable, professional, and team oriented
Key Responsibilities:
-
Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or provider

Administer medications and treatments as ordered
-
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
-
Obtain and document vital signs, assessments, and care provided

Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, providers, and families to coordinate care
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
-
Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity

Follow infection control policies and facility protocols

Requirements:

Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in North Dakota or Minnesota.

Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience in a healthcare setting.

BLS certification (Basic Life Support) from the American Heart Association.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to adapt to new environments and work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.

Willingness to travel and work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
