Position Summary
Our team is looking for a hardworking Food Production Associate to assist with kitchen and service deli in preparation and production tasks. This role helps ensure food items are prepared correctly, packaged properly, and produced in a clean and safe environment. Candidates should be dependable, team-oriented, and focused on quality and food safety.
Primary Responsibilities
- Use kitchen equipment and production tools safely
- Wash, sanitize, and maintain work areas and equipment
- Prepare food items according to recipes, portion standards, and production needs
- Label, package, and organize finished products
- Help maintain compliance with food safety procedures, including HACCP practices
- Report supply shortages, product issues, or inventory concerns to management
- Assist the team in completing daily kitchen and production tasks
- Adhere to company safety rules and sanitation expectations
