Role Summary
Are you a strategic leader who knows how to optimize shop efficiency, manage parts margins, and inspire a technical team? Golf Rider is seeking a high-caliber Parts & Service Manager to take complete ownership of our high-volume fixed operations. This is not just a desk job—it is a dynamic, departmental leadership role where you will streamline daily shop workflows, manage vendor relationships, and maximize profitability. Key Responsibilities
- Service Workflow Excellence: Supervise daily shop flow from customer check-in to final vehicle delivery. Actively track technician efficiency, eliminate workflow bottlenecks, manage shop schedules, and enforce rigorous quality control standards.
- Departmental & Financial Management: Oversee departmental P&Ls, control operating expenses, optimize parts margins, and implement aggressive growth strategies to achieve top-line and bottom-line goals.
- Inventory Control & Sourcing: Direct parts purchasing, stock optimization, and vendor negotiations to ensure high parts availability for retail service repairs, fleet accounts, and high-end custom vehicle builds.
- Team Leadership & Accountability: Recruit, mentor, and motivate a dedicated team of technicians and service advisors, fostering a collaborative environment built on professional pride and accountability.
Qualifications
- Industry Experience: 3–5+ years of successful service and/or parts management experience within an automotive, powersports, marine, or heavy equipment dealership environment (required).
- Financial Literacy: Strong financial acumen with proven experience interpreting dealership financial summaries, P&L statements, and utilizing Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- Proven Track Record: A demonstrable history of improving workflow efficiencies, reducing technician downtime, and scaling department net revenue.
- Elite Communication: Exceptional customer-facing communication, leadership presence, and conflict-resolution skills. Must be able to keyboard 40 wpm.

Compensation
- Additional Incentives: This position features a competitive, performance-driven bonus program tied directly to departmental growth and profitability targets, providing a highly attractive, self-funding, and uncapped earning potential. Full commission metrics, baseline structures, and phased milestone pathways will be detailed thoroughly during the face-to-face interview process.
