Tropaquatic LLC is a company specializing in the design, maintenance, and installation of water features including decorative koi ponds, fountains, waterwalls, etc. We are looking to hire a qualified applicant as a maintenance and installation technician
We are seeking a hardworking, self motivated and self manageable individual for assistance with our growing business. Experience with aquariums, water features, landscaping and ponds is greatly preferred but training will be provided. Service technician is responsible for scheduled maintenance of outdoor ponds, water features, including water treatment, algae and debris removal, system assessment and diagnostic.
Must have flexible, open availability for business hours Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Must have reliable transportation and willing to use it for work. You must have the ability to transport service equipment and water treatment chemicals (pond vac, pressure washers, cleaning supplies, water treatment, etc which are all provided). Candidate is required to transport to and from scheduled jobsites throughout the day.
Must be able to lift 50lbs+ and work outdoors in Florida heat. Experience in landscaping and outdoor labor preferred as most clientele is outdoors. We do also move stone/liners/cement for installations.
Hours can vary on weather/scheduled jobs and typically fall within 30-40hrs weekly. We are W2 and pay is provided weekly via check or direct deposit. Must be authorized to work in the US. Must be able to pass a background check.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week

Application Question(s):
- Job involves driving from site to site in different areas throughout the day. You are using your own vehicle and would be willing to transport provided equipment daily (PondVac/Pressure Washer/Tools/PVC/ETC). We do provide a cover for seats if applicable but recommend use of a small truck or SUV.
- This job requires outdoor work in the Florida elements. This means heat, sun, rain, animal encounters, bugs, etc. Are you comfortable with working outdoors in Florida?
