Position Summary
We're looking for dependable, hardworking Construction Laborers to support our field crews on commercial and heavy civil construction projects. This role involves physically demanding work, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to learn specialized construction techniques.
Responsibilities
- Assist with shoring, underpinning, and shotcrete projects.
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Follow directions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Construction experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
