Rise Pacific Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is looking for a PTA to join our Ventura clinic, tucked into the Pierpont neighborhood just steps from the coast. We built this location because we love this community, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of something special.

What You'll Do
- Provide hands-on, one-on-one patient care under the direction of our physical therapists
- Guide patients through individualized treatment plans with skill and genuine warmth
- Build real relationships with patients throughout their recovery
- Collaborate closely with a clinical team that believes in mentorship, not just supervision
- Contribute to a culture where clinicians grow together through journal clubs, case discussions, and shared learning
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active California PTA license (or eligibility)
- A genuine passion for patient care and a team-first mindset
