We are a modern, growing dental practice looking for an experienced and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team four days per week.
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday
Saturday availability is required.
We are looking for an RDA who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven dental office and has experience with digital dentistry.
Qualifications:
- Current California RDA license
- CEREC experience strongly preferred
- Clear aligner/Invisalign experience strongly preferred
- Experience with digital scanning
- Comfortable assisting with restorative and cosmetic dentistry
- Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Must be available Saturdays
Responsibilities include:
- Chairside assisting for general and cosmetic procedures
- CEREC scanning and assisting with same-day crowns
- Clear aligner scans, attachments, IPR setup/assistance, and aligner appointments
- Taking digital X-rays and intraoral photographs
- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining proper sterilization
- Providing patients with postoperative and treatment instructions
- Maintaining an efficient clinical workflow and supporting the doctor and clinical team
Schedule: 4 days per week
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
