Driver Source Staffing we are seeking a skilled and experienced 2nd Shift Dispatch Supervisor that has Prior LTL Dispatch Supervisor Experience to join our team & contribute to the successful execution of DOT & FMCSA Rules & Regulations of the warehouse.
Pay/Schedule:
- Salary: $60,000 Annually
- Monday -Friday
- 2:00pm – Until Complete
About the Role:
- We are seeking a motivated and experienced LTL Dispatch Supervisor to oversee our dock operations. As the Dispatch Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and smooth handling of shipments, managing dock staff, dispatchers and maintaining high safety standards.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong LTL, Logistics & DOT background. Strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate dispatch operations and staff.
- Prior LTL Dispatch Experience
- Ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards on the dock.
- Resolve any operational issues promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor and report on dock performance metrics.
- Operate Sit down Forklift & Be certified
- Understand DOT & FMCSA guidelines
- Strong Logistics background
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in LTL Dispatch operations Required.
- 5+ Yrs of Management Experience
- Must be able to operate Sit Down Forklift
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
