NOW HIRING: PODIATRY SCRIBE
We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Podiatry Scribe to join our team!
Locations: Sun City & North Scottsdale
The position requires traveling between our Sun City and North Scottsdale offices.
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM–5:00 PM
- Every other Friday: 7:45 AM–12:00 PM
Responsibilities include:
- Documenting patient visits in the EMR
- Recording the provider’s history, physical exam findings, assessment, and treatment plan
- Documenting procedures and treatments
- Entering orders and other information as directed by the provider
- Maintaining accurate and complete patient records
- Working closely with the podiatrist and clinical team
Qualifications:
- Previous medical scribe or medical office experience preferred 1-2 years
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel between office locations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems preferred
