Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and safety-focused Welders to join a manufacturing team in a fast-paced production environment. The Welder will be responsible for performing welding operations on metal components, ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding operations using MIG and/or TIG welding techniques
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions
- Set up and operate welding equipment and tools
- Inspect welds to ensure structural integrity and quality standards
- Perform minor grinding, finishing, and rework as needed
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet production schedules and quality expectations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous welding experience required (MIG/TIG experience preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
- Experience working with steel and aluminum is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production environment
Work Environment
- Manufacturing / industrial setting
- May involve exposure to heat, sparks, noise, and fumes
- PPE required at all times
