School-Based Therapists Needed for 2026–2027 School Year
Tiny Hands Therapy is seeking qualified and motivated therapists to join our team for the 2026–2027 academic year. We are a therapist-owned company providing school-based services across the Los Angeles area.
Open Positions:
- Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Position Details:

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in IEP meetings as needed
Qualifications:
- Active California license (OT/COTA/SLP/SLPA)
- School-based experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
