We are looking for candidates who are specifically able to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts from 11:00 AM-5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by cleaning workstations, floors, and surfaces regularly
- Assist with bussing tables promptly to ensure a clean and welcoming dining space
- Support food preparation activities as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety standards
- Handle manual tasks such as lifting heavy loads of dishes or supplies with proper technique
- Follow sanitation protocols to uphold kitchen health standards and prevent cross-contamination
Skills
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety management and sanitation practices
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting
- Familiarity with operating basic kitchen equipment such as dishwashers and prep tools
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization in fast-paced settings
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members
- Prior experience with catering or banquet service is a plus
