Responsibilities:
- Operate embroidery machines to embroider designs onto various materials such as hats, shirts, bags, and more
- Load and unload materials onto the embroidery machines
- Ensure machines are properly threaded and functioning correctly
- Adjust machine settings to optimize embroidery quality and speed
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on machines
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to read and understand digital designs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- The ability to work on your feet in a production environment for your shift
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to work overtime as needed
