What we need
We are looking for an extraordinary dental office leader — not just an office manager, but a Super Practice Manager who thinks like an owner, acts like a coach, and executes like a pro. This is a high-impact role for a driven professional ready to take full ownership of practice performance, team culture, and financial results. If you have been waiting for a role that matches your ambition, this is it.
As a key leader, you will oversee financial management, staff supervision, compliance with healthcare regulations, and the implementation of best practices that support the clinic’s growth and success.
What you'll own
- Scheduling Optimization - keep the schedule full, productive and profitable
- Treatment Presentation - lead the team on presenting treatment plans with confidence
- Human Resources Management - own the employee lifecycle from hiring and onboarding to performance management, training, and corrective action.
- Team Building and Culture - Attract, develop, and retain top dental talent. Create a team that is accountable, motivated, and genuinely proud of where they work
- Financial Oversight and P&L Literacy: Read, interpret, and act on profit and loss statements. Understand where revenue is being made or lost, identify expense trends, and work with the doctor to make data-driven decisions that improve the bottom line
- Systems and Processes: Build, document, and implement scalable systems across front desk, billing, recall, and patient communications — so the practice runs smoothly with or without you in the room
- Goal Setting and Performance: Track KPIs, set monthly and quarterly goals, hold the team accountable, and celebrate wins. You know the numbers and you use them to drive results.
