Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from prospective ACA clients, providing accurate, professional guidance on Marketplace plan options and subsidy eligibility
- Educate, consult, and match clients with plans tailored to their individual health and financial needs
- Complete enrollments in full compliance with CMS and Marketplace regulations, documentation standards, and consent requirements
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance goals during Open Enrollment and Special Enrollment Periods
- Maintain and manage a strong client pipeline through timely follow-ups, renewal outreach, and CRM updates
- Foster positive client relationships, ensuring a smooth onboarding and plan activation experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve eligibility issues, SEP documentation requirements, and carrier escalations
- Stay current on ACA guidelines, APTC and CSR regulations, Marketplace products, and compliance requirements to deliver expert service
Requirements
- 2-40 or 2-15 License required
- Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with people on the phone
- Coachable mindset and willingness to learn a new skill
