Residential Field Coordinator
About the Role
Kashi Custom Homes is seeking a Residential Field Coordinator to serve as the general contractor's on-site representative. This position focuses on keeping jobsites organized, protecting finished work, answering questions from trade partners, and ensuring projects continue moving forward when the general contractor is unavailable.
Primary Responsibilities
- Answer questions from subcontractors and coordinate with the general contractor when needed
- Install and maintain job site protection
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
- Receive and inspect material deliveries
- Perform routine quality walkthroughs and document issues
- Update the owner on project progress with photos and notes
- Complete light punch work and minor carpentry
- Coordinate schedules with subcontractors
- Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are organized and secure

Preferred Qualifications
- Residential construction experience
- Basic carpentry skills

Pay: $48,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
