Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, be proficient in various office software, and have a knack for providing excellent customer support. As an Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, making your role crucial in creating a positive impression.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and answering phone calls promptly.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist with Intake process of clients.
- Attending events in the community for the company.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar clerical role.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and QuickBooks is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer support.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
