Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Recruiting Advisor to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and securing top talent across various departments. This position involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking events, employee referrals, and advanced recruiting strategies.
- Create and post compelling job advertisements designed to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Screening & Interviewing
- Conduct recruiting calls, phone screens, and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Submission & Placement
- Match qualified candidates with client opportunities based on skills, experience, and culture fit.
- Submit candidates to account managers and communicate placement recommendations effectively.
- Coordinate assignment details and ensure smooth onboarding transitions for both candidates and clients.
Onboarding & Compliance
- Complete all onboarding and compliance requirements, including employment documentation, E-Verify, background screenings, and drug testing.
- Ensure all candidate records and onboarding materials are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Distribute orientation information and maintain compliance with company and client requirements.
Candidate Engagement & Support
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates through follow-up calls, check-ins, and messaging.
- Uphold WorkForce Standards of Service in all interactions with candidates and clients.
- Gather feedback, manage referrals, support redeployment efforts, assist with assignment terminations, and provide support in workplace injury situations when necessary.
Internal Operations & Team Collaboration
- Participate in daily team huddles and meetings to align priorities, share updates, and support operational goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure recruiting objectives and client expectations are met consistently.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds and perform activities such as bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
Position may require regular travel to prospective and existing client locations.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
