Automotive Warranty Administrator
Libertyville Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our team due to our growing business.
Our ideal candidate would be someone who can demonstrate a high level of verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities and accuracy to detail. In order to be considered for this position, you must have prior Warranty Administration experience in an Automotive Dealership setting.
Automotive Warranty Administrator Job Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator is required
- Automotive Dealership experience is also required. GM experience a plus.
- Computer literacy with solid mathematical skills and business knowledge
- Willing and able to negotiate on behalf of our company and our customers
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and able to stay knowledgeable about warranty policies
- Professional demeanor and appearance
Automotive Warranty Administrator Job Responsibilities:
- Research and ensure compliance to warranty specifications
- Process and review vehicle claims related to vehicle warranty violations
- Accurately and efficiently document any warranty claims for record keeping
- Communicate with manufacturers regarding any warranty issues or information
- Negotiate on behalf of customers and the organization related to warranty payouts
- Ensure documentation and claims are accurate, well maintained and up-to-date with company announcements and factory recalls

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
