A significant portion of our client base includes U.S. Military Veterans through Veterans Affairs (VA) community care networks, Medicaid/Medicare, major health insurance, and self-pay.
We are expanding our collaborative care model and actively seeking established or growing solo practitioners—including Physical Therapists, Acupuncturists, Physicians (MD/DO), Chiropractors, and other VA-reimbursable specialists—to practice within our facility.

Requirements:

Provide high-quality, specialized clinical care (Physical Therapy, Acupuncture, Consultations, Pain Management, etc.) to One Alkaline Life VA clients and your private patients.

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with VA guidelines and standard practices.

Coordinate treatment plans collaboratively with One Alkaline Life's multidisciplinary team when integrated care is needed.

Maintain active licensure and credentialing relevant to your discipline.

Active State License: Valid, unrestricted license in your respective discipline (PT, LAc, MD, DO, DC, OT, etc.).

Practice Readiness: Operating as an independent contractor/practitioner looking to plug into an established facility.

VA Familiarity: Experience working with Veterans Affairs (VA) Community Care Network (CCN) billing/referrals or willingness to complete credentialing.

NPI & Malpractice: Active NPI number and professional liability insurance.

Patient-Centered Approach: Commitment to trauma-informed, high-quality care for military veterans and the broader community.

Fee-for-Service / Revenue Share: Highly competitive rate structures based on fee schedules and facility usage arrangements. (Details discussed during partnership interview).
