Job Description:
Team CC is a multi-line Powersports dealer with locations in Eagle River and Wasilla. We sell and service ATVs, motorcycles, side-by-sides, snowmachines, and watercraft for BRP (Can-am, Sea-doo, Ski-doo) and Kawasaki. We have an opening for a salesperson at our Eagle River location. Knowledge of, and a passion for, Powersports vehicles is highly desired.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Actively greet customers in-store, answer telephone calls, and follow up on online leads.
- Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on products and their features.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing an exceptional sales experience "go the extra mile!"
- Sell after-sales products and accessories.
- Complete training provided by manufacturers which ensures proper knowledge of all products and features.
- Personal conduct that promotes TEAM CC in a positive way.
Qualifications:
- Must be computer savvy, detail-oriented, exceptional with follow-through, and be outgoing with exceptional customer service skills.
- A proven track record as a sales associate.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with a proficiency in English.
- The successful candidate will take great pride in the quality of his or her work and will demonstrate a desire to be a key part of a dedicated sales team.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate, DOE, plus incentives
Physical Demands:
- Required to occasionally bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift objects exceeding 70 pounds.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
