OTR 26ft Box Truck Driver – 20% Per Load (Up to 25%) | Serious Drivers Only

We are actively hiring NOW for a nationwide 26ft box truck driver. If you’re an experienced driver who knows how to stay moving, deliver on time, and handle freight professionally—this is a strong earning opportunity.
This is NOT for beginners or part-time drivers. We are looking for drivers ready to run.
Pay Structure:
- Start at 20% of gross per load
- Opportunity to earn 25% per load based on performance
How You Earn 25%:
Drivers are eligible to move from 20% to 25% per load when ALL of the following are met:
- Willing to stay out longer than 2 weeks at a time
- Consistently deliver all loads on time
- Zero damage to freight
- Maintain strong communication and reliability
This increase is performance-based and ongoing — drivers who maintain these standards will continue earning at the higher rate.
What You Can Expect:
- Nationwide (OTR) routes
- Back-to-back load opportunities for drivers who perform
- More miles = more money
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- Certified MVR required
- CDL preferred, but strong experience will be considered
- 2–3 years CDL experience OR 5–10 years verifiable 26ft box truck experience
- Clean driving record ONLY (No accidents, DUI, or DWI)
- Must be able to stay out a minimum of 2 weeks
