Part-Time Contract Massage Therapist (LMT) – Senior Wellness
East Cobb / Marietta, GA
We're looking for a compassionate, reliable Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who enjoys working with older adults to join our team on a part-time contractor basis.
This position currently consists of 2–3 days per month, with each day typically scheduled for 2.5–4 hours. If it's a great fit for both of us, there may be opportunities to expand your schedule over time.
What You'll Do
- Provide therapeutic massage for seniors in a residential community.
- Deliver care with patience, kindness, and professionalism.
- Assist clients with safe positioning on and off the massage table when needed.
- Help accommodate clients into a seated massage chair when appropriate.
- Work independently while representing our practice with excellence.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- A current Georgia Licensed Massage Therapist.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Compassionate and genuinely enjoys working with seniors.
- Comfortable working with clients in assisted living and memory care environments.
- Physically able to provide gentle assistance with transfers and repositioning when needed.
- Patient, adaptable, and able to make clients feel safe and comfortable.
- Someone who leads with integrity and treats every client with dignity and respect.
A Few Things to Know
- Treatment rooms are kept slightly warmer than a typical massage room to keep our senior clients comfortable. They are warm, but not uncomfortably hot.
- Some clients require extra time, encouragement, or assistance with positioning during their session.
- This role is ideal for someone who values meaningful one-on-one interactions and enjoys making a genuine difference in people's quality of life.
