Position Summary
We are hiring a QA/QC Manager to build and enforce our quality program across commercial and industrial electrical projects. You will set the standard for how work gets verified, documented, and turned over, and hold field teams and subcontractors to it.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company QA/QC program and procedures
- Create and manage inspection and test plans (ITPs) for each project
- Perform site quality inspections and verify work against drawings, specifications, and the NEC
- Manage quality documentation: inspection records, test reports, punch lists, and turnover packages
- Issue and track nonconformance reports (NCRs) and drive corrective actions to closure
- Review submittals and coordinate quality requirements with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
- Report quality metrics and project quality status to company leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA/QC experience in electrical or industrial construction
- Strong working knowledge of the NEC and industry quality standards (NETA, NFPA 70E)
- Experience building or managing a formal QA/QC program with documented procedures
- Proficient with quality documentation systems and reporting
- Willing and able to travel regularly to project sites across multiple states (per diem provided while traveling)
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
Preferred
- Electrical license (journeyman or master) or engineering background
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience with data center, energy, or mission-critical facility construction
