We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy office environment. Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Oversee office supplies inventory, procurement, and filing systems to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Handle calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events efficiently.
- Maintain accurate data entry records using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial tracking.
- Provide clerical support including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and performing general administrative tasks.
- Assist with phone etiquette training for staff to ensure professional communication with clients and vendors.
- Support office management activities such as organizing files, managing office equipment, and overseeing office cleanliness and safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical duties and customer support.
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace applications, and QuickBooks.
- Prior experience working as a receptionist or personal assistant in a professional setting is highly desirable.
- Bilingual skills are preferred to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing superior customer service.
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
