Overview
We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator for both 2nd & 3rd shifts to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce high-quality plastic moldings. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where precision, safety, and efficiency are prioritized.
Hours:
- 1st shift 7:00am - 3:30pm /$16.00hr
- 2nd shift 3:00pm - 11:30pm / $16.50hr
- 3rd shift 11:00pm - 7:30am / $17.60hr
Duties
- Remove parts from machine
- Package and count parts
- Log counts & rejects
- Label and package product
- Keep work area clean
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Job Requirements
- Injection Mold Operator experience or similar/equivalent job experience is a plus
- Good communication skills - written & oral
- Able to count parts
- Able to follow procedures and work instructions
- Good Attendance
- Able to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to safety standards in manufacturing environments. This position offers an engaging work environment where technical skills are valued and opportunities for growth are abundant.
Physical Requirements
- Good Mobility, energy level & ability to stand all day, lift a maximum of 50lbs
- Must be able to hear machine alarms
- Hand dexterity to handle & trim plastic parts
- Must be able to visually check parts for changes in color, texture and conformity with parts standards.
