Experience Professional Care Solutions is a nurse-led, veteran-owned in-home care agency serving seniors and disabled adults. We serve clients throughout Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan, Three Forks, and Livingston.
We're currently experiencing increased demand for evening and overnight care and are seeking dependable caregivers who can commit to recurring structured shift blocks.

Caregivers are scheduled into structured shift blocks based on confirmed availability and agency scheduling needs.
What You'll Do
As a Care Provider, you'll help clients feel safe, comfortable, and supported by:
Assisting with personal care, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Supporting mobility and safe transfers
Preparing meals, snacks, and assisting with nutrition
Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
Helping clients settle into a comfortable evening routine or remain safe throughout the night
Observing and reporting changes in client condition
Completing documentation accurately
Following individualized care plans and safety protocols
All new hires begin as Care Providers, with opportunities to advance to Care Professional and Care Lead through demonstrated reliability and competency.

Many of our most successful caregivers have backgrounds in healthcare, education, military service, customer service, or have cared for a parent, spouse, family member, or friend. Professional caregiving experience is welcomed but not required. We provide paid orientation, guided learning modules, competency assessments, and the support you need to succeed.
Requirements
$23.00 to $26.00 per hour
An additional $3.00 per hour is paid for:
