We are now hiring Foremen who want to take ownership, lead crews, and be the face of FRDM TURF on job sites.
Postion Overview:
As a Foreman, you are the on-site leader responsible for production, quality control, customer communication, problem-solving, and ensuring each project meets FRDM’s elite standards.
You’ll oversee installation teams, coordinate with Project Managers and customers, and resolve issues with professionalism and confidence. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, communicates well, and takes pride in excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service project management position. Be the face of FRDM TURF for customers—professional, friendly, and solutions-oriented.
- Oversee installation crews on job sites.
- Oversee daily production, timelines, and job efficiency.
- Resolve disputes, customer concerns, job site issues, and change orders.
- Maintain clean, organized job sites.
- Communicate clearly with the leadership team on progress and needs.
- Hold teams accountable to FRDM's standards of craftsmanship and safety..
Experience:
- Well-spoken, professional, and confident communicator.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor installations (large advantage).
- Clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
- Ability to manage job site pressure, deadlines, and customer expectations.
- Problem-solver with high emotional intelligence and situational awareness.
- A commitment to craftsmanship and delivering premium results.
Compensation: $20-25/hr+ Hourly/Salary (DOE) + bonus Company Vehicle Growth Track
