<Responsibilities>
- Lead the execution of comprehensive review of all new starts .
- Oversee cost processes, including cost control, cost analysis, and cost management initiatives to optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, strategic planning, and financial forecasting to align financial goals with business development efforts.
<Qualifications>
- Experience in Constellation Newstar ERP is required.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
- Proficiency in financial software systems such as ERP platforms; advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills for preparing comprehensive reports and presenting complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
