Massage Matters is a massage clinic located in Irvine, CA across the street from The District in Tustin. We specialize in the facilitation of health, wellness, and recovery of our clients.
Open Shifts (must be willing to work these specified shift times)
- Morning Shifts (Monday - Thursday 9 am-3:30 pm)
- Morning Shifts (Friday 9 am - 4:30 pm)
- Morning Shifts (Saturday & Sunday 8 am - 4:30 PM
- Evening Shifts (Monday - Thursday 2:30 pm-9 pm)
- Evening Shifts (Friday 12:30 pm - 9 pm)
- Evening Shifts (Saturday & Sunday 12:30 pm - 9 PM)
Job Responsibilities
- Opening / Closing Procedures
- Maintaining A Clean Work Environment
- Appointment & Account Management
- Building Client Rapport
- Wellness Program Sales (Acquisition and Retaining)
- Retail Sales
- Clinic Support
- Able to travel to local events
Required Work Experience
- Must have prior sales experience (Massage/Health industry is a plus)
Skills Required
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Working with technology (Computers, Tablets, Appointment Software)
- Confidence in Sales (Memberships and Products)
- Therapeutic Massage Knowledge (a plus but not required)
