Job Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine plumbing layouts and requirements
- Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure proper function and compliance with building codes
- Work with various pipe materials such as copper, PVC, cast iron, and PEX, using appropriate tools
- Test systems for leaks using pressure gauges, air tests, or other diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other trades
Requirements:
- Current Journeyman plumbing license
- At least 2 years of commercial service experience
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record
- Able to pass a background check
