Account Manager – Commercial Printing & Direct Mail

Are you passionate about customer service and project management? Do you have experience in commercial printing or direct mail? If so, we'd love to meet you! We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of customers, managing projects from quote to delivery while building long-term relationships and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts.
Coordinate print and direct mail projects from estimate through production and delivery.
Prepare quotes, enter work orders, and manage project timelines.
Collaborate with production, design, mailing, and shipping teams to ensure successful project completion.
Provide proactive communication and outstanding customer service throughout every project.
Resolve customer questions and identify opportunities to provide additional products and services.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in commercial printing, direct mail, or a related industry preferred.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Experience with estimating, order entry, or CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
