UTB Transformers in Nephi, UT is looking to hire an Outside Sales Representative for Utah, Idaho, Colorado, Nevada, and Arizona. This position begins at a competitive base wage of $80,000 + Commission. Hours are Monday thru Friday, and includes paid vacation/holidays. Responsibilities
As an Outside Sales Person your most important job is to help our customers feel valued by communicating with them and making sure we understand their needs. You will be responsible for building relationships with our customers, bringing leads into the company, and converting those leads to orders. You will work hand in hand with one of our capable Inside Sales team members to make sure our customers are getting top notch service.
Part of your job will take you on the road a few weeks per month. You will be in front of customers so that they have a personal relationship with you and UTB. On sales calls, you might be at the customers office or in a substation looking at equipment. You will be responsible for keeping them up to date on our current product & service offerings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office and Customer Management Systems
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clean driving record and current drivers license
- 5 years experience in business to business sales or 5 years experience in the electrical industry
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
