Duties

- Manage key accounts through ongoing account management, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities are maximized.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, analyze sales data, and forecast future opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients while maintaining a focus on customer service excellence and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute territory-specific campaigns that boost lead generation and brand awareness.
- Conduct territory management by planning efficient routes, scheduling visits strategically, and analyzing regional market trends for continuous improvement.
- Provide detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline status, competitor insights, and customer feedback to support management decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development within a environment, preferably involving technology or technical products.
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling, networking, or marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms; familiarity with CRM best practices is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to deliver engaging product demos that address client needs effectively.
- Solid analysis skills for interpreting sales data, market trends, and customer requirements to inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—enabling clear presentations and relationship building.
