We are looking for an experienced and motivated restaurant Assistant manager to to work at our Annapolis location.
Julep Kitchen & Bar is a local, family owned and operated BBQ restaurant and bourbon bar in Annapolis, MD. Our sister location, The Hideaway, is in Odenton.
This is a front-of-house manager position, and the selected applicant would be expected to ensure the smooth running of the front of house operations, working under our general managers and owner. Duties would include managing money, managing front of house employees, scheduling, opening and closing the restaurant -- normal front-of-house management duties that ensure a quality guest experience for everyone!
We are seeking someone who loves working in this industry and who has restaurant management experience. With two restaurants in our company now, and more possible, there is always room for growth and advancement. Both of our current general managers started with us as assistant managers. We try to develop and promote from within wherever possible. So if growth is important to you, we would be a great fit.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
