Plan and perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plant machinery and equipment.

Diagnose mechanical issues quickly and execute effective troubleshooting.

Repair or replace worn or failed parts and components to restore equipment to specification.

Document work performed and maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and repairs.

Partner closely with teammates to uphold a safe, efficient work environment.

Respond rapidly to maintenance requests and true emergencies to minimize downtime.

Adhere to all safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and company guidelines on every task.

High school diploma or equivalent; a related technical certificate or degree is a plus.

Hands-on experience as a maintenance technician/mechanic or equivalent role.

Strong foundation in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

Sharp troubleshooting instincts with strong attention to detail.

Clear communicator and collaborative team player.

Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends and holidays as needed.

Extra credit: fabrication and welding skills.

Experience with machinery installation and commissioning.

Comfort working with 480V and three-phase motor systems.
