Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wines, spirits, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Manage POS systems such as Toast POS to process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and balance registers at the end of each shift with accuracy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food service during events or busy periods, including banquet and catering settings.
- Monitor inventory levels of spirits, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes; assist in stock ordering as needed.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of wine types, brewing processes, spirits, mixology techniques, and food pairing options.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards by serving guests promptly while ensuring responsible alcohol service practices.
Experience
- Proven experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS for processing transactions seamlessly.
- Demonstrated cocktail crafting skills with familiarity in beverage recipe development and mixology techniques.
- Experience serving in fine dining settings or high-volume bars preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper handling of food and beverages.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for inventory management, and accurate bill splitting.

Pay: $600.00 - $1,200.00 per week
