We are seeking a highly qualified Client Services Engineer.
- Onsite Coordination: Coordinate onsite projects, proactive and reactive onsite services. Balance client needs with internal resource availability and optimize travel time and efficiency.
- Technical Issue Resolution: Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues that customers face. This involves working with various hardware and software systems to identify the root cause of problems and implement effective solutions.
- Customer Support: Providing timely and effective support to customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, and on-premise. This includes offering guidance on product usage, answering technical queries, and ensuring customer issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Product Knowledge Base Management: Maintaining and updating a comprehensive knowledge base that includes FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and other resources.
- Collaboration: Working closely with other team members to ensure that customer feedback is communicated effectively and used to improve products and services.
- Feedback and Reporting: Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Preparing reports for senior management on service performance metrics and customer satisfaction levels.
- System Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on customer systems and providing updates to ensure optimal performance.
